By using the searchable database, user consents and agrees to any and all policies, disclaimers, and terms and conditions for access and expressly waives any and all claims that the user may or might have against the Center arising out of the use of, or reliance on, this database.
This database may not contain all persons who have been subject to sanctions or suspensions by the Center or other applicable entities and may be updated as necessary. No commercial use of the information contained in this database is authorized.
The Center continually evaluates the accuracy and completeness of all records. Any individual who believes that information contained in this database is not accurate should contact the Center by emailing: email@example.com.
It may be an abuse of process under the Center’s SafeSport Code for the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movements or other policies, criminal laws, or civil laws to use information contained in or accessed through this database to threaten, intimidate, or harass any individual, including those listed herein, their family members or business associates.

The Center did not adjudicate the underlying allegations and has limited knowledge of the associated policies and procedures applied to discipline the individual in question. The USTA, as the national governing body for the sport of tennis in the United States, has provided records pursuant to the U.S. Center for SafeSport’s authority under the Bylaws of the United States Olympic Committee and the Protecting Young Victims from Sexual Abuse and Safe Sport Authorization Act of 2017. Specifically, the USTA has provided records on behalf of its corporate affiliates: the USTA National Tennis Center Incorporated, USTA Player Development Incorporated, USTA Foundation Incorporated, as well as those USTA Sectional Associations as defined in the Bylaws of the USTA.
